Return & Replacement Policy
At Parent Oven, we are committed to making your shopping experience smooth and satisfying. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the policy outlined below.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
While we maintain strict quality checks, in the rare case that you receive:
- A damaged product,
- A manufacturing defect, or
- An incorrect item,
We’ll provide a replacement only if the issue is reported within the specified timeframe.
Please note: We do not accept returns. Replacements are offered only for items found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
⚠️ If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, we strongly advise you to reject the parcel and inform us immediately.
Return & Replacement Guidelines
- Requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.
- To request a replacement, please contact us via email or through our Contact Us page.
- If a refund is approved for genuine cases, it will be processed to your original payment method or a valid bank account. This may take 10-15 days.
Pickup & Delivery Process
- Pickup will be arranged within 1–3 business days at no additional cost.
- Returned items usually reach us within 6–7 days.
- We process replacements within 2–3 business days of receiving the returned item. The replacement items will be delivered within 6 working days.
- If the replacement item is unavailable, we will suggest alternatives or issue a refund.
- The entire process may take up to 10–15 business days from initiation.
Important Notes
- Items replaced once are not eligible for further replacement.
- Products purchased during sale events are not eligible for replacement.
Condition for Replacement
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- An unboxing video is required. The video must be in HD quality, continuous (no cuts or edits), start before opening the package, and clearly show the package from all angles to verify it was unopened and untampered.
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- All original tags and labels must be intact.
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing accessories will not be eligible for replacement.
- Parent Oven reserves the right to reject replacement requests if any of the above conditions are not met.
