Everything happens on your phone: your baby’s name is never sent or saved. Swap in a detail from your own month to make a caption truly yours.

      How to use it

      1. Tap the month (1 to 12), or switch to Monthsary for the 1st to 11th monthsary.
      2. Choose a tone: sweet, funny, proud or faith. “All” mixes them.
      3. Choose a language: English, Hinglish, Hindi (Devanagari) or Indonesian. Hindi and Indonesian captions show the English meaning underneath.
      4. Type your baby’s name if you like. It is dropped into the captions for you.
      5. Open Add this month’s big moment and tap what happened (first tooth, rolled over, first steps…) or type your own. You get captions built around it at the top.
      6. Tap Copy, Share (opens WhatsApp or your phone’s share menu) or Make a card to put the caption on a free milestone card with your photo.

      Why it helps

A caption that names one real detail (“first tooth”, “met the grandparents”) is the one you will still love in ten years. Generic quotes all sound the same; this tool starts from your baby’s month and lets you add what actually happened.

Every English caption is written for its month, so a 4-month caption talks about grabbing and giggles, not first steps. There are 240 English captions (20 per month), 32 monthsary lines that fit any month, and 58 shorter lines for family groups: 33 in Hinglish and Hindi, and 25 in Indonesian.

      Parent tip

Take the photo on the same day each month, in the same spot, then use the same caption style every month. Scrolled together, the posts read like a little timeline of the first year.

For grandparents on WhatsApp, try the Hindi or Hinglish lines. For your own Instagram, add hashtags with the tick box and keep the best line first.

What parents often celebrate each month

Every baby grows at their own pace. These are common moments that end up in monthly photos, not targets or medical milestones.

MonthMoments that often show up in photos
1 monthFirst weeks at home, first outings, meeting family
      2 monthsFirst social smiles, cooing
3 monthsLaughing, holding the head up, discovering hands
4 monthsRolling, grabbing toys, big giggles
5 monthsReaching for everything, finding feet, raspberries
6 monthsHalf birthday, sitting with support, first foods (annaprashan in many Indian families)
      7 monthsSitting alone, babbling “ba-ba” and “da-da”

      Questions

      Is the caption generator free?

Yes. It is free with no sign-up. You can copy and use the captions anywhere: Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook or a photo book.

Is my baby’s name saved or sent anywhere?

No. The captions are put together on your own phone or computer. The name never leaves your device.

      What is a monthsary?

A monthsary is a monthly “birthday” counted from the day your baby was born. Many parents post a photo on the same date each month until the first birthday.

Are the Hindi and Indonesian captions translations?

They are written to sound natural in each language rather than translated word for word. Each one shows its English meaning, so you know exactly what you are posting.

How do I put the caption on my photo?

Tap “Make a card”. The milestone card maker opens with your caption and the month filled in. Add your photo (it stays on your device), then download a PNG or print it.

Why are there no captions about walking at 4 months?

Each month’s captions match what babies commonly do around that age. If your baby did something early or late, type it into “Or type your own” and it goes into the caption.
