Kitty Party Invitation Maker (Free, Desi Themes)
Your turn to host this month? Make a beautiful kitty party invitation card in about a minute. Pick one of 10 desi designs, from Marigold Mehfil and Bollywood Glam to Teej Saawan Green and Diwali Diyas. Fill in the date, venue, dress code and RSVP, then share the card on WhatsApp with a ready-to-paste message. It is free, it works on your phone, and nothing you type leaves your browser.
Some text was shortened to fit the card. Try a shorter message or the portrait size.
Private by design: your card is drawn in your own browser. Nothing you type is uploaded, saved or sent anywhere.
How to make a kitty party invitation card
- Pick a design. Tap any of the 10 card designs. The preview changes straight away and keeps everything you typed.
- Add the party name and date. These are the only two must-haves. The date is written out in full, for example “Saturday, 21 November 2026”.
- Fill in what you need. Hosts, time, venue and address, dress code, food or contribution, games, RSVP and a personal message. Leave anything blank and it simply will not appear on the card.
- Choose portrait or square. Portrait (1080 x 1350) suits WhatsApp and Instagram; square suits feeds and display pictures.
- Share, download or print. On a phone, Share sends the picture and message to WhatsApp together. Download saves a full-size PNG image; Print gives you a paper card.
- Send the message too. The WhatsApp message is built from your details, with the map link if you added one. Copy it, tweak it, and send a reminder the day before.
What to put on a kitty party invitation
A good invitation answers every question before anyone has to ask it in the group chat. Here is the checklist this maker follows:
- Party name or theme: “Marigold Mehfil”, “Retro Bollywood Night” or simply “November Kitty”.
- Host name(s), so nobody has to ask whose turn it is.
- Day, date and time, with an end time if you need the hall back or the kids collected.
- Venue and full address, plus a Google Maps link in the WhatsApp message for new members.
- Dress code: Saree Day, All Pink, Teej Green, Bollywood Glam. It makes the photos (and the Best Dressed crown) more fun.
- Food or contribution: potluck dish, the monthly kitty amount reminder, or “just bring yourself”.
- Games or highlights: Tambola, Antakshari, a theme prize. Pick from our 30 kitty party games.
- RSVP date, name and number, so you can book tables and plan the snacks.
Tip: keep the card for the essentials and put the longer bits (map link, parking, kitty amount, who is bringing what) in the WhatsApp message under the picture.

Hosting tips that make invitations work
- Send it 7 to 10 days ahead, and two weeks ahead for festival kitties, then a one-line reminder the evening before.
- Pin the card in the group so late joiners can find it, and change the group icon to the card for the week.
- Say the dress code clearly. “All Pink” is easier than “something pinkish”. Add a back-up for those who do not own the colour, like a pink dupatta or bindi.
- Mention the kitty amount or potluck in the message, not on the card, so the card stays pretty and shareable.
- Plan the games first, then mention one highlight on the card (“Best Dressed crown!”). People come for the fun.
Planning the rest of the party? Start with the hosting checklist and the free printable game pack with tambola tickets, bingo and an Emoji Bollywood quiz.
Kitty party invitation maker: FAQ
Is this kitty party invitation maker free?
Yes. It is completely free, with no sign-up, no watermark across the card and no limit on how many cards you make. A small "Made with parentoven.com" line sits at the bottom edge on most designs.
Is my information private?
Yes. The card is drawn by your own browser on your phone or computer. The names, phone number and address you type are not uploaded, saved or sent anywhere, and they disappear when you close the page.
How do I send the invitation card on WhatsApp?
On most phones, tap Share and choose WhatsApp: the picture and the ready-made message go together. If your browser cannot share pictures, tap Download, open WhatsApp, attach the image from your gallery, then use Copy message and paste the text below it.
What size is the invitation card?
Portrait cards are 1080 x 1350 pixels (4:5), the best fit for WhatsApp and Instagram posts. Square cards are 1080 x 1080 pixels for feeds and display pictures. Both print sharply up to about 14 cm wide.
What should a kitty party invitation include?
The party name or theme, the host, the day and date, start and end time, the venue with a map link, the dress code, what to bring or the contribution, any games, and an RSVP date with a name and number. Everything except the name and date is optional in this maker.
When should I send kitty party invitations?
Send the card 7 to 10 days before the party so members can plan outfits and child care, then send a short reminder the day before. For festival kitties such as Diwali or Teej, two weeks ahead is kinder.
Can I print the invitation?
Yes. Tap Print to print just the card on A4 or Letter paper; for a premium feel use matte photo paper or 250 gsm card stock and trim the white border.
