Shipping Policy

Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Standard Shipping: We deliver across India on all orders.
  • Free Shipping on Orders Over ₹499: Add products worth ₹500 or more to enjoy free shipping.
  • Delivery Timeline: Orders typically arrive within 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • We partner with trusted courier services to ensure timely and secure deliveries.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): If available, COD orders incur an additional fee of ₹60. We’ll confirm COD orders before dispatch.
  • Prepaid Orders: Experience faster processing by paying via credit/debit cards, net banking, or UPI.

Delivery Attempts & Unserviceable Areas

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. We’ll contact you to arrange redelivery or initiate a refund. Please note: Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
  • In rare cases where delivery is not possible due to address or location issues on our end, you’ll be notified and fully refunded.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll share a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can easily monitor the delivery status. You can also log in to your account for more details about your order.

Unexpected Delays

While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control—such as weather conditions, strikes, holidays, customs clearance, or any other unforeseen reasons.
